Our Little Secret…
Our Gravy Mix makes an outstanding light breading for pork chops and chicken. Moisten meat and shake off excess water. Shake dry gravy mix on surface of meat and brown off in a skillet. Place in baking pan and add about a half inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake approximately one hour in a 325F oven.
