So many of our guests have asked us for our Chicken Gravy recipe that we decided to “bottle it up”. Our Executive Chef, John Zehnder, worked on this mix for over a year until he finally got the flavor just right. Now you can enjoy Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth in your home. Our container will satisfy eight to ten gravy lovers. But you don’t need to make the entire amount – simply reduce all the ingredients to make what you want. Take home Zehnder’s famous chicken gravy. So easy to make – stir in to a pot of boiling water and enjoy! 9 oz. Bottle.

Our Little Secret…
Our Gravy Mix makes an outstanding light breading for pork chops and chicken. Moisten meat and shake off excess water. Shake dry gravy mix on surface of meat and brown off in a skillet. Place in baking pan and add about a half inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and bake approximately one hour in a 325F oven.
